Red Beard's Roasted Chicken Vegetable Soup


The latest culinary project of Chef Matt Provencher, who was most recently the Executive Chef at the Foundry in Manchester, Red Beard's Kitchen provides high quality prepared soups, stews, and chilis to farm stands and local stores. 

 One quart of beef chili for two to three servings.
