Chop and Stock with Chef Corey Fletcher of Revival

A more advanced knife skills session to learn the techniques for chopping a whole chicken as well as dice, julienne and other chopping tips to start the beginning of stock with Chef Corey Fletcher of Revival in Concord. Limited to eight students. You will take home the chicken and stock ingredients plus a stock recipe. Please bring your own knives and a stock pot and/or container to take stock items home with you. Cutting surfaces will be provided.
